Digital Downloads, Cancellations & Refunds

All products sold by OpsReady Store are digital products supplied electronically unless a product page specifically states otherwise. No physical product will be posted.

Immediate digital supply

Where digital content is supplied immediately, UK consumer law requires express consent to supply beginning during the statutory cancellation period and acknowledgement that the right to cancel may be lost once supply begins. Where applicable, this consent and acknowledgement should be obtained during checkout or delivery.

Change of mind

Once digital content has been supplied or made available for download following the required consent and acknowledgement, we do not normally offer refunds for change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty or incorrect files

If a file is corrupted, missing, inaccessible or materially different from the product purchased, contact Info@OpsReady.uk. We will first try to correct or replace the file. Where digital content is faulty and cannot be satisfactorily remedied, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Compatibility

Products may include DOCX, XLSX, PDF and ZIP files. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have suitable software to open and edit the formats described before purchase.

Templates and compliance resources

OpsReady products must be reviewed and adapted to suit your organisation, premises, activities, risks and applicable requirements. Purchase does not guarantee regulatory compliance, approval by a regulator, or a particular inspection or audit outcome. Nothing within our products constitutes legal advice.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us with your order details and we will review the duplicate transaction.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
