OpsReady Store primarily sells digital products supplied electronically.
Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, no physical product will be shipped or posted.
Digital delivery
After successful payment, digital products are normally made available electronically.
Depending on the product and delivery method, you may receive:
- a download link;
- access through Shopify’s digital-delivery system;
- an email containing download instructions; or
- another electronic method described on the product page.
Delivery times
Digital products are normally available shortly after payment has been successfully processed.
In some cases, delivery may be delayed by:
- payment verification;
- fraud or security checks;
- technical issues;
- email filtering;
- temporary service interruptions; or
- problems with third-party delivery systems.
If you have not received access to your digital product within a reasonable time, please contact us.
Check your email details
Please make sure the email address used at checkout is correct.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrectly entered email address, although we will try to help where possible.
Spam and junk folders
If you are expecting a download email and it has not arrived, please check your:
- spam folder;
- junk folder;
- promotions folder; and
- other filtered email folders.

We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide replacement access or another suitable delivery method.
File formats
OpsReady products may include:
- Microsoft Word — DOCX
- Microsoft Excel — XLSX
- ZIP files
The exact file formats included are shown on the relevant product page.
You are responsible for having suitable software to open the stated file formats.
Physical shipping
OpsReady Store does not currently provide physical shipping for standard digital products.
If we introduce physical products in the future, the relevant product page will clearly state:
- that the product is physical;
- available delivery locations;
- shipping costs;
- estimated delivery times; and
- any applicable delivery restrictions.
